KT&G to launch LIL Reel Ability 3.0 in Seoul

KT&G announced that it will launch its latest non-combustible product, Reel Able 3.0, at four locations in the Seoul metropolitan area tomorrow (February 28). The new product significantly shortens the charging and preheating time. It takes only about one hour to fully charge, which is half of the previous generation, and the preheating time is also shortened by 10 seconds. This device retains the core features of the Reel Able series, such as the ability to pause during use, the ability to select usage modes and support for three consecutive uses. For the first time, KT&G has adopted metal materials and curved edge designs in this series to enhance the grip and appearance design, and is equipped with an AMOLED display that displays the remaining number of uses and mode settings. Reel Ability 3.0 will launch four color schemes, of which Oud Gray and Platinum Silver will be the first to be available, with a retail price of 68,000 won (approximately US$47). The company said the release is in line with its strategy of consolidating its leading position in the heated tobacco sector through differentiated product upgrades.
